James Conley
James Conley is President, Co-founder and a Principal of Integral Property Tax Services, LLC. Mr. Conley has been a property tax consultant since 1995. He began his career with KPMG where he spent nine years. In 2005, James Conley joined the spin-off of the KPMG Property Tax Practice with whom he was employed until 2007. Mr. Conley held a senior management position with the firm and served on the advisory counsel.Mr. Conley is considered an expert in the fields of hospitality, office, industrial and retail real estate asset valuations.
Mr. Conley graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance in 1995.

Michael Zerbib
Michael Zerbib is a Principal and Co-founder of Integral Property Tax Services, LLC. Along with Mr. Conley, Mr. Zerbib's primary responsibility is the Companys strategic direction and client development. Mr. Zerbib brings a blend of technology and a deep knowledge of the local real estate market and its players.
Mr. Zerbib was a part of the executive team of Telesoft Corp., a technology company from 1991 until 2002. During his tenure with Telesoft, Mr. Zerbib held various positions including President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director of this publicly traded company. Mr. Zerbib continues to serve as a Director of the Company. During his leadership at Telesoft Corp., Mr. Zerbib took the company public in 1995, and subsequently acquired several local Internet Service Providers, launching a subsidiary by the name of Goodnet. Goodnet was grown into a nationwide wholesaler of bandwidth to local Internet Service Providers. The subsidiary was subsequently sold to WinStar in 1998. In 1999, Mr. Zerbib launched East Coast based Telesoft Recovery Corp. to complement Telesofts software offerings with contingency-fee based telecommunication audit and recovery services. From 1997 to the present, Mr. Zerbib has been actively buying, developing and selling residential property.
Mr. Zerbib holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Master's degree in taxation and financial accounting from Arizona State University. Mr. Zerbib also holds a CPA certification from the Arizona State Board of Accountancy.

Robert Fish
Senior Managing Consultant and Practice Leader
Mr. Fish has over 35 years of property tax consulting experience. He began his career working for several counties assessors offices. Mr. Fish started his property tax consulting career with Real Estate Tax service, a national practice, where he eventually was promoted to Vice President, with the Phoenix office. In 1998, he joined KPMGs national property tax practie, as the Practice Leader for the Arizona office. Mr. Fish continued with KPMGs spin-off practice in 2005.
Mr. Fish is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Administration. He also attended Kent State University.

Jay Fisher
Business Development Manager
Mr. Fisher is responsible for developing and maintaining current and new business relationships for the Company. Mr. Fisher has in excess of 15 years of residential real estate brokerage experience in large, high-end master-planned communities. Mr. Fisher graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 1989.

Tatiana Sokolowska
Administrative Assistant
Ms. Sokolowska plays a key role in the daily logistics of the firm. As an Administrator she assists in drafting client contracts, filing appeals, maintaining records and researching client holdings to identify opportunities for further tax reductions. Her responsibilities also include assisting in the billing, and accounts receivable functions. Ms. Sokolowska brings three years of experience in the Real Estate Brokerage industry where she contributed as an administrative assistant at Land Advisors Organization. Ms. Sokolowska attended Arizona State University.
